Course Description:
This course is designed for first line supervisors who must determine the
appropriate actions to take and directions to give in support of fieldwork
activities under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions. Supervisors will be
trained on the basic elements of the work planning process including planning,
pre-job briefing, work performances, and post work review. Course material is
customized to reflect specific organizational requirements.
Intended Audience:
This class is intended for first line supervisors who are responsible for single
and/or multiple disciplined (multi-craft) field crews. Strong emphasis on proper
conduct of operations and management expectations for supervisors during normal,
abnormal, and emergency field conditions.
