Course Description:
This course is designed is designed to review the primary objectives from the
initial Field Work Supervisor course and reinforce the principles of proper
conduct of operations when performing fieldwork activities. Using the latest
events, students will study lessons learned from industry accidents and near
misses from around the globe. A combination of classroom presentation, case
studies, and group discussions, are used to effectively help supervisors
understand management expectations under all fieldwork conditions.
Intended Audience:
This class is intended for first line supervisors who are responsible for single
and/or multiple disciplined (multi-craft) field crews. Strong emphasis on proper
conduct of operations and management expectations for supervisors during normal,
abnormal, and emergency field conditions.
