Course Description:
This course is designed to help those who are required to conduct On-The-Job
Training sessions in any work environment.
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to conduct an OJT
training session using proper OJT training instructional techniques. We us an
effective combination of classroom instruction, videos, interactive group
exercises, and hands-on training to provide an optimum learning experience. Each
student is given a packet of reference materials, which is theirs to keep.
At the completion of this workshop, the participants
will be able to:
- Explain how effective OJT training programs are developed.
- Analyze learning and instructional styles and characteristics.
- Effectively conduct OJT training sessions.
- Perform practical application exercises using course instruction and materials
in an actual OJT training session.
Intended Audience: This course is intended
for plant or facility personnel that instruct others to perform their job at a
minimum expected level of proficiency.
